PRODUCT OVERVIEWTime, money and the environment are three important items that need to be conserved, and we do just that. EcoWall is the premier distributor of Ecolite; a highly-advanced, "green" wall system made from post industrial steel and recycled material. This cellular concrete, combined with cold formed metal studs, provides an innovative way to cut back on costs, reduce building time and benefit the environment. Unlike standard construction, Ecolite builds the wall panels offsite, delivers and assembles each wall when the site is ready. Only walls needed are brought onsite and there is little to no clean-up. These superior walls are light weight and customized specifically for each project. Drawings are modeled into our EcoCad system and taken directly from the shop drawings. Once the drawings are modeled, an electronic file is sent to the roll-former that automatically produces the studs and frame for each wall. These are then screwed together, mesh is inserted and the cellular concrete is poured. Once the concrete has been set and cured, it is ready to be delivered. Ecolite panels provide a smooth surface and can be painted or have an inlay of stone, brick, or other applications. This provides multiple finish choices. On top of that, EcoWall also qualifies for points in 4 of the LEED rating categories. |
