DAVE KOHLENBERGER

Over 25 years in the construction industry is just a part of what Dave Kohlenberger contributes to the EcoWall team. Dave also uses his background in business ownership to help make EcoWall a success. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, Dave was a resident of Minnesota where he gained much of his experience in project management and business ownership. Mr. Kohlenberger was president of Kohlenberger Companies, Inc., and Kohlenberger Construction Co. Inc., which designed and built free standing retail centers, strip centers, warehouses and office buildings in Minneapolis. He was also a partner at a leading design/build firm that focused on residential homes, located just outside Minneapolis. After moving to Las Vegas in 2005, Dave served as Director of Commercial Development for a local development company and handled due diligence, design and development for multiple projects. These experiences, along with Dave's knowledge of construction, are what help guide the EcoWall team. Dave gets involved in every single project. All plans are reviewed by Dave and he is always available to answer any and all construction questions. Dave graduated from Mankato State University with a double major in Business Management and Construction Management.
